Samantha Mulcahy
Samantha Mulcahy, with over 20 years of experience in technology and innovation in finance and biotech-pharma, has supported global leaders and organizations during significant transitions. Samantha guides executive coaching clients by leveraging values, perspectives, and innovative tools. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) she develops leaders and transforms organizations by identifying the right problems and guiding teams to effective solutions. Her corporate leadership roles include Roivant Sciences, Schonfeld, Capital One, Bank of America, ANZ, and BNY Mellon.
Based in New York City, Singapore, London, and Charlotte, she realized that change wasn’t always easy for people. To drive transformational change and performance, she pursued coaching.
Jack Heslin
Jack Heslin is a 30-year sales and marketing professional who has worked in large corporate environments as well as start-ups. During this time Jack consistently worked in the tech sector starting in telecom in the 90s and then to IT. After several years in the IT space Jack made a move to 3D Printing after reading about in The Economist. In the spring of 2021, an unexpected offer came to be part of a start-up using AI technologies in smart phones for inspection and dimensioning applications.
Intrigued with the technology he started taking classes in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning through the University of Texas followed by “AI for Decision Making” through the Wharton School of Business online program. Between his professional experience and formal education Jack came to realize small to medium size companies were going to need guidance in evaluating and implementing AI solutions. At that point “The AI Conversation” was born.
Why a “conversation”? Because Artificial Intelligence will likely prove to be the most pervasive and influential technology yet developed leading Jack to the deeply insightful statement “we should be talking about this”.
Tynisha Coleman, ACC
Tynisha Coleman, Founder and CEO of Exalt Consulting, leads a coaching and development organization focused on empowering leaders. Tynisha leverages her executive, diversity, and inclusion background to enhance leaders’ communication effectiveness, crucial for navigating today’s complex business landscape. She believes in solving problems through thoughtful decisions and tough conversations.
As a higher education executive at Rutgers University, Tynisha has experience in community economic development, neighborhood revitalization, and sustainability within government and non-profit sectors.
Her coaching style helps individuals identify barriers to success and unlock their potential. Tynisha emphasizes conflict management, interpersonal communication, and fostering inclusion. She aligns clients with organizational goals.
Rita Williams-Bogar
With over 25 years of distinguished experience in corporate America, Rita excelled in leadership roles within the insurance industry. Her expertise spans Commercial and Personal Lines operating divisions, Public Affairs, Human Resources, and Learning & Development. As the visionary founder of Personal Development Solutions, LLC, Rita is on a mission to equip organizations and individuals with proven strategies to maximize their talents and skills, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
Rita’s impactful TEDx talk, “Surpassing Your Personal Best,” underscores her commitment to inspiring others to strive for excellence and surpass their own expectations. She actively contributes to various boards, including pivotal committees at Rosedale Cemetery’s Board of Managers, the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee on Bryant University’s Board of Trustees, and the CPCU Society’s Ethics Committee. Rita’s remarkable achievements have earned her widespread recognition, including accolades such as the 2015 Alumni Achievement Award from Bryant University, finalist recognition as one of New Jersey’s Leading Women Entrepreneurs and Business Owners by New Jersey Monthly in 2013, and being named one of New Jersey’s Best 50 Women in Business by NJBIZ in 2011. Notably, the U.S. Small Business Administration recognized her as the 2011 Region II Minority Small Business Champion of the Year.
Steve Sergi
Stephen Sergi, with his extensive academic knowledge and 40 years of leadership experience, offers transformative business development courses designed to enhance practical skills and apply theoretical models, enabling individuals and teams to thrive in the complex modern business landscape.
Sergi’s business development courses are meticulously designed to bolster practical abilities and integrate proven theories, setting the stage for individuals and teams to navigate, and succeed, in today’s intricate business scenarios. Vincent Matrisciano
With over 32 years of experience as a civilian employee of the US Army, Vince Matrisciano has worked extensively on various weapon systems. Notably, he led the development of the M95/M96 Mortar Fire Control System, a software-intensive project that significantly improved mortar fire accuracy. This achievement earned his organization the highest level (5) of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), a first for a government organization. Later, he became a Research & Development Program Manager, defining R&D strategy and planning for technology transitions. His leadership streamlined scarce R&D funding and enhanced collaboration with Department of Energy National Laboratories. Since retirement, he remains active in defense work as a part-time consultant and contributes to community and political initiatives.
