New Jersey Innovation Fellows (NJIF)
NJIF enables first-time entrepreneurs to commit to a startup full-time for two years through an income-replacement grant. In partnership with the NJEDA, NJII provides a structured framework, mentorship, resources, and networking opportunities to help early-stage startups grow rapidly and efficiently.

Merck Digital Science Studio (MDSS)
Beginning in 2022, NJII collaborated with Merck, known as MSD outside of the United States and Canada, to create the MDS Studio. MDS Studio is an annual 10-month hands-on accelerator program providing mentorship, coaching, training, support, community, and investment to enable the next generation of innovative technologies for drug discovery and development. The MDS Studio’s unique design and network empowers startups to engage with industry leading partners, who take an active role in development.

Paul Profeta Community Program
This free program has been developed by Paul Profeta to meet the underserved needs of budding entrepreneurs in the Newark, NJ area. The workshop program includes 27 hours of instruction on key topics in entrepreneurship, delivered by Paul Profeta.
