Businesses FAIL due to a lack of customers. Sounds obvious, right?
But truly understanding who the customers are and what they care about is often THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE for any startup company (whether they realize it or not!) Thankfully there are tried-and-true strategies and tactics for evaluating customer needs, as well as a variety of handy tools to help you put planning into action!
Join us for an interactive discussion exploring the Value Proposition Canvas, a lean-startup methodology developed by the creator of the Business Model Canvas, Alex Osterwalder. This full-day workshop will help you:
- Derive more meaningful insights from your customer interactions;
- Update and implement your business and product strategies;
- Better communicate your unique value to potential customers and investors.
Event will be held at the NJIT/NJII Enterprise Development Center (211 Warren Street, Newark NJ 07103) with free parking included in registration. Tickets are $50/per person and include a light breakfast and lunch.
